I don't know how you detect the aircraft change, but when I tried to reproduce the issue to report it to Asobo devsupport, I could not. The code based on "SystemEvent" SDK sample works fine and detects the aircraft change, even though FSiPanel does not. Maybe the c++ code I've attached bel...

Works for me too, except for little glitch that FSipanel does not disengage parking brake, so the simulation starts immediately after setup phase is finished.
