I can't use the scenario option because when I select one of the ones provided I get the following message: "unable to locate your weather preset folder" followed by the message "Error installing weather preset".

I purchased PSIPanel Avdanced Version.
When I tried to download navigraph for FSIPanel, I launched the fsipanel_2404.exe, it selected me as directory C:\Program Files (X86)\.
I pressed next and I got this message:
C:\Program Files (X86)\Navdata\cycle.json.
