If you are missing the fsipanel-messages, you can find it in your FSiPanel installation directory, just unzip "fsipanel-ingame_module.zip" in your community and start MSFS.
I dug around a bit more, using developer mode I saw FSiPanel was running, but not fsipanel-messages, and the location of ...
