Hi,
Yes instead of using quick buttons on main screen, go to Select Fix below runway selection, select X NM, enter your distance and desired altitude.

Ok, I think the issue is GSX, had the case with 2 other users.
Could you please try to kill Couatl64, any process from your task manager before pushing MOVE AC?

If the speed drops after a few seconds to 45 kts, we have a conflict with another addon apparently.
Can you try the following which seems to fix the issue, before clicking on MOVE AC, make sure to kill all couatl instances in task manager.

We recently found an issue on the iFly which will be fixed.
For some reason, it starts on the runway with some right rudder inputs, therefore the aircraft cannot stabilize.
Is that your issue, do you see the iarcraft banking to the right when in the air ?
