Hi, I've just downloaded my software but I get two pop-up windows stating what yoiu can see in my attachments. I should contact support for this issue.
Please kindly help me out

It seems that you did not install FSiPanel 2020... This is FSiPanel v1.
If you go to user area, make sure to select FSiPanel 2020 download link
