i owm fsi panel 2020 for prepar 5
i was asked to remove installation and
reinstall
done that
when |I try the new installationand register fsi says that it does not recognize the licence number
""Please check your licensenumber""

what can or shoul i do ?

Hi,

It seems that some antivirus software have identified the updater.exe and FSiPanel main executable as malware.
Therefore internet is blocked as well as updates.

What you can do to fix this issue is to install newest version with the latest installer.

• Uninstall FSiPanel from Windows control panel

• Download latest installer https://www.fsipanel.com/my-account/

• Install and register last version
