Activation of FSI Panel2020

Hi,
I just installed FSiPanel 2020 for P3DV4 & V5 and at the launch of the program I am being asked to provide the license number. I copy & paste the license key and press "Register FSiPanel" ("Activate" is grayed out). Response from the program: "Thank you, your license is valid!" Next is an e-mail has been sent to my registered e-mail and I am supposed to insert a code.
I never get an e-mail, so I can't start the program.
