Fenix A320 - most RA call-outs omitted

I'm having a problem with the Fenix where most of the RA call-outs are not audible, despite them being enabled on the EFB. Please see attached video.

Very strange, any other addon running?
Which airport was that? Which Runway and position did you select? I will try the exact same approach.

I don’t recall where that landing was, but it doesn’t work on any approach.

just tried couple of approaches, no issues at all with the call-outs.
Any special setup? do you run latest version of Fenix A320?
