Radio callouts

It seems like when I fly using FSIPANEL, I am not getting radio callouts when flying approaches in the FENIX. Not sure what is going on? When I fly normal flights they work

Probably because you start in the air and you don't have a correct frequency tuned on COM1.
Open the ATC window and tune a valid frequency, you should then have ATC services if required.

You have to have radio tuned to get the 50, 40 , 30 callouts? I get callouts for radar altimeter then callouts to minimum, but never the callouts below that. I did tune radio, no changes.
I just tried an AutoLand and I got the callouts so maybe something you must not do when you do not fly an AutoLand, in the AirBus, to get this to work

Sorry, as you said RADIO callouts, I thought about ATC.
You meant Radio Altimeters call-outs.
Maybe a setting in the FENIX for callouts? I have to check
