Flying an RNAV 29L at airport KFAT.

I set a waypoint at IPUJE, with offset at 5 NM.

The aircraft moves and prompted to move levers to climb.

Never get a prompt for applying brakes for 3 second and aircraft descends and crashes.

Which aircraft?

Did you restart MSFS and FSiPanel when the aircraft was detected?

FENIX AND TRIED IT SEVERAL TIMES. It did work on long final

So it works on long final but not on your custom waypoint ?
Do you have any hardware to control flaps, gear, brakes ?
