Push to talk (not work after plug a new peripheral)

I'm writing to report an issue I'm having with Push-to-Talk that I haven't been able to resolve on my own.
Up until last week, I only had a single USB joystick, and the Push-to-Talk button was working perfectly.
However, after connecting a new peripheral (Throttle), the button no longer works. In the setup menu, the button is still correctly assigned to the joystick, but it doesn't function.
I noticed that in the drop-down menu where you select the peripheral, the first peripheral listed is the Throttle (the second one I connected), If I assign a button to this peripheral, Push-to-Talk works.
Could it be a bug that assigning a button to the second peripheral prevents the function from working?
