PMDG 737-800

Hello,
I've been trying to land the PMDG 737-800 from the start.
Whatever I try, after 3 seconds of pressing the brake, the plane crashes.
Nothing is set and the autopilot cannot be activated.
I am quite frustrated and disappointed with the product for which I paid 45 € .
