1) Compatibility:
You confirm that you have reviewed the software and hardware compatibility requirements for the products that you are purchasing. You acknowledge that you have selected the product compatible with the simulator you intend to use, whether it is MSFS 2020, Prepar3D, or MSFS 2024.
2) Technical & Transaction Support:
You understand that technical support is available via the FSiPanel Forum, Discord Channel, or support email. For the fastest assistance, we recommend reaching out via Discord or email.
3) Licensing Policy:
Upon purchase, you will receive a license key that allows activation of your software. You are permitted to use FSiPanel on up to two computers within your home. Running two instances of FSiPanel simultaneously will result in the immediate deactivation of your license. Sharing your license key with others will also result in license deactivation.
4) Refund Policy:
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your license has not been activated and the product has not been downloaded. Once the product has been downloaded and/or the license has been activated, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
