Hello. I'm using a Fenix 320. I prepared the snapshot as shown in the YouTube video, but when I load the snapshot, the `dep` and `arr` commands don't work properly after the `init` page in MCDU. There's a delay there, and it doesn't work correctly. I'm using the Winwing's MCDU. I took different snapshots by pressing keys separately from both the hardware and the simulator, but the result is the same. After the Fenix started and aligned, I ran fsipanel. Where am I making a mistake? Also, in the YouTube tutorial video, a virtual MCDU window was opened in the fsipanel program, but when I tried it, it made me press keys from inside the simulator, from the aircraft, unlike the video. I think the application has changed.

We recently found an issue and fixed it on MSFS 2024, we will push an update for MSFS 2020 very soon.
Could you send me your snapshot by email at support@fsipanel.com ? Instead of clicking LOAD, click export.
I will try it here with new version.
The new method does not have the virtual MCDU, we are using the aircraft one directly.

i sent an email which include export file.I started at LTFM RWY 35L.I have Ffs at 11th of January,which include one engine out procedures:)If it will be done until saturday,it will be WONDERFUL 🙂
@dogukan-solakoglu Affirm, this is the issue we knew and fixed on FSiPanel 2024, we are finishing the update on FSiPanel 2020 and willpush the update, probably wihin the next 48 hours.
