I have asked before and yes the plug in is running.  In the Max8 it is not setting up the arrival and rwy in the fmc although the ILS freq and course is set. PMDG’S set up correctly. Please help.

Hi,

What airport / runway and position you select in FSiPanel?

FSiPanel will only insert an ILS never an arrival route, is that the part missing?

Database in MAX8 and FSiPanel are both latest?

Regards,

J-P

Hi J-P

I have tried it at several airports the last being KIND in the USA & RWY 23R which is a ILS approach. Short final set at the minimum distance. Same happens on Long Final however. I understand no arrival will be set.  The missing part is the Runway, it is not set in the FMC, and does not show up on the screen. As for the database in the aircraft and FsiPanel I truly believe everything should be current. I do not have the issue in the PMDG 700 or 800. Just the IFly.

Regards,

DCR

J-P just wanted to let you know that I decided maybe I needed a fresh install, and indeed that worked.  It is now preparing and entering the approach and runway information during loading as it should.  I used KRDU as my test airport and it was fine. Not sure what got out of kilter as we say.   Thanks for the excellent product and support Sir

My best,

DCR
