Cannot Retrieve Licence Information

Really getting annoyed with this software and this constant issue with the licence servers not being reachable. I have a 1.5Gbps Fibre connection pulling full speed. I have had to launch FSipanel no less than three to four times before it will retrieve the licence. Moreover, do we really need a splash screen sitting right in the middle of the monitor while the program loads. Super annoying, especially with these issues with the licence and having to relaunch it constantly.

Hi,

Where are you located? Our servers are in Switzerland, and we haven't received any other reports of users experiencing issues with license verification. If you are in China, please note that some ISPs block access to European servers, including Google Cloud. Are you located in China?

Please ensure that your antivirus or Windows Defender is not blocking internet access to FSiPanel. Connectivity issues often stem from these security measures interfering with the software.

Regarding the splash screen, it is quite common in many software applications. It indicates that the software is running and performing necessary background operations, which helps avoid multiple clicks on the icon.

I am in Canada. It is a never ending problem, I have to conistently restart the appication 4 or 5 times on average before it will detect the licence. OK, if your servers are slow that's one issue - the fact that your software isn't automatically rechecking for the licence information from the server every 15 seconds as opposed to closing and making me reopen the application is one thing. This has been an issue since I purchased your software last year. In fact, the first time I launched it it threw up this error. Since the last update, I have CONSISTENTLY been unable to open your software as I mentioned without having to relaunch it multiple times before it detects the licence. Absolutely shameful from a product you're charging over 50 dollars for (CAD). Regarding the splash screen, yes I'm aware that software will throw up a splash screen so the user is aware it has launched. The fact that YOUR splash screen stays sitting dead center in the middle of the monitor with no way to minimize it or it going away is HIGHLY annoying especially when I'm waiting for the app to detect the licence for 20 to 30 seconds at a time every time I launch it. Fix it please.

I am surprised by your issue, as no other users have reported problems with the licensing server. You can verify this on our forum or Discord channel, where all posts are visible and not hidden. However, I understand that this does not lessen your frustration.

Is it possible that your antivirus, Windows Defender, or any other malware software is blocking internet access to FSiPanel? This is the only reason I can think of for your issue. If the server were at fault, our support channels would be inundated with similar complaints.
