Trigger Failures at Random Times...

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to trigger a failure not at a specific speed/alt or action, but at a random time during a flight.
(Mainly talking about PMDG and Fenix)

Also, when I use the fenix and choose a failure, the failure is either not triggered at all or something else happens. For example, I chose ENG1 bird strike, and both engines failed.
