Not getting Oceanic clearance window popup on AA142 scenario

When I'm 30 minutes from RIKAL, I don't get a persistent message I can click on, that I believe will give me the oceanic popup window. When I go to the FSI Panel window I do see the text "TIPS: You are about 30 minutes from your entry point RIKAL, you should now get your Oceanic Clearance. Check FSIPanel Oceanic Clearance Form in a few seconds."

I am running a multi monitor setup so do you think FSI panel is hiding it behind one of my monitor windows?

Also.... by the time I get handed over to Moncton, I'm at 2x speed- it may be problematic for FSI since the triggers are passed so quickly.

Hi, when you get the tip message and you click Acknowledge to close the message, the window should open.

Please click on FSiPanel icon on your Taskbar to check if you have 2 windows open (FSiPanel and Oceanic clearance form)
